Depending on your goals and the amount of time you plan on working out, they will establish a customized cardio, resistance, and flexibility program combined with nutritional guidance and support. With the help of our Visual Fitness Planner (VFP) software, our personal fitness trainers are able to assess your current health age and health risks. This information allows a transformation plan to be established and provides you with a computerized image of what your body will look like once it has been transformed. The Visual Fitness Planner
Health AgeThe Visual Fitness Planner (VFP) program calculates your chronological age against seven health risk factors to determine your true health age.
Health RisksOur Staff will utilize the VFP to determine your likelihood of contracting Type 2 Diabietes, having a stroke or developing cardiovascular heart disease or cancer.
Body TransformationThe VFP will motivate you by showing you a 3-D image of your body’s potential change for weight loss and/or muscle growth by following the training schedule that our team develops for you.
Transformation PlanAt your Goal Setting Assessment, you will receive a before and after print-out that includes strategies for implementing a successful program to achieve your fitness goals.
